Katie joined our team in June of 2025 as guest care concierge! Growing up in Colorado, she has expressed her creativity through singing and beauty. She strives to make every guest experience personable and approaches product education with empathy as she wants everyone to reach their hair goals! Outside of work, you can find Katie practicing music, playing with her two cats Shego and Mabel, or spending time with her family!
