The Trios team is the best! Their front line concierge team is professional, helpful and communicative. Their stylists are great listeners and can work with clients to get the look they want with various hair types and within the level of maintenance the client is willing/wanting to do regularly. Danae (12 years) and Sammy (7years) are our regular stylists and have helped us evolve our look as we age with different cuts / colors.

Megan was extremely knowledgeable and kind and she did a fantastic job with my haircut. She made some suggestions on alternatives to the way i normally have it cut and I love the way it turned out. Great experience and will definitely be coming back.

This was the first time I came in to Trios Aveda and it wasn’t a great experience especially towards the end. They assigned me to Meghan who is a trainee, she did a good job but I wish she was more confident and dint go back and forth to her trainer. This scared me and made me uncomfortable. Anyways, I wanted to go shorter on my bangs and had politely requested her, however her coach or mentor, Diana was super snobbish. They shooed me away literally, told me I had to come in again for a bang adjustment. I think this was the rudest client service I have experienced in the entire Fort Collins. Even though I love Aveda products and the salon vibe, Diana made it very uncomfortable and disrespectful. Megan needs to be more confident. Seriously if the hairstylists are not confident how can the customer be happy?Sincerely,Nishita Shahdadpuri.

I booked a haircut with Jasmine and was so impressed! She is fun to chat with, and very talented. I absolutely love my hair! Jasmine took the time to really understand what I wanted, and made some very helpful suggestions. Trios’ sanitation process is great, and I appreciate everyone wearing masks inside while getting their hair done. I look forward to returning.

I love this salon. The energy is always very calming and positive and the employees are always willing to help. My hair stylist, Brittanie, listens to what I want and always does an amazing job!
