Guest Care Concierge

Erica joined us as a Guest Care Concierge in 2024. She was born in Colorado Springs and moved to Fort Collins in 2020. Erica graduated from CSU in May of 2024 with a teaching degree. She decided to pursue the beauty industry in hopes of one day becoming a hairstylist! Erica loves all the possibilities hair provides to be creative. She is always happy to help clients have the best experience! In her free time, she enjoys joking, laughing, and putting a smile on everyone’s faces!
