The Trios New Talent Training Program is perfect for anyone passionate about their craft and hungry to learn more. We offer a structured training program and encourage certification in techniques you want to learn, and also teach the soft skills (customer service, product knowledge, and to articulate communication) necessary to thrive among clientele in an upscale salon atmosphere.
Trios offers opportunities for creative work (such as editorial photo shoots and sessions) to build your portfolio and stoke your artistic passions. We also frequently take our team to industry events for inspiration and education.
